VIZ Media announced yesterday in a press release that their highly popular anime series Inuyasha is now available to United States residents through the video site Hulu.com.
Inuyasha is a hit TV anime that is based upon the manga originally created by Rumiko Takahasi. Takahasi was awarded the Shogakukan Manga Award n 2002 for Inuyasha.
From the press release, “The launch of the INUYASHA episodes on Hulu is the latest expansion of VIZ Media’s ongoing plan to make available a variety of hit animated series through some of the most innovative web-based video streaming outlets. Hulu provides convenient 24/7 accessibility and offer users the freedom to legally share full-length episodes or clips via e-mail or embed them on other web sites, blogs and social networking pages.”
